About The Pull Request

Changes floodlights from a hybrid light source to static light source.

Also properly multiplies and ceilings the armored floodlight examine description. Now it's actually a percentage.

Testing has been done with the colony flood light toggle. That remains fully functional. No issues there.

Why It's Good For The Game

Floodlights now work. Both landing zone lights and colony lights.
